Everyone Loves to be a Winner

March 1, 2008

I attended the event at Locus Arts where all the videos were first shown. The vibe was awesome and I definitely hope that this event is going to be a Locus Arts staple from now on.

Jason Nou's video, "I-Hotel" talks about an important historical event, which you can learn more about here if you aren't aware of it already. I also found this spiffy video on YouTube from SFGTV San Francisco APA Heritage Month:

If haven't checked out the contest videos yet, head over to the Center of Asian American Media's Video Gallery. Here's your chance to catch up! Now you can do it without feeling the pressure of having to pick a favorite one.

Also, we are giving away tickets to San Francisco's International Asian American Film Festival Music Video Asia program where "I-Hotel" will be shown. If you have not signed up for our e-Newsletter (we don't spam, seriously), you definitely should. You might just be the lucky owner of these tickets (or future tickets to come)!

Thank you to everyone that participated and watch the videos. Some little birdie told me that watching the videos might help you to win those tickets we're giving away.

Watch now and good luck!
