We reserve the right to reject advertising that we believe is false, libelous, exploitive or hateful, or that fails to meet the production standards of our publication.

Trim Size: 8.325 x 10.825. Allow for 1/8 trim at top, bottom, and sides. Keep type and vital matter 1/2” from trim on all sides including gutter.
File Format: InDesign, Adobe Photoshop 5.0 and up, TIFF, PDF (editable) and EPS files. We do not support Adobe Pagemaker, Microsoft Publisher or Powerpoint files.
Transportation Device: 100/250 MB Size, CD-Rom (Mac or PC)
Instructions: Build pages to trim size and extend beyond page edge. Placed art must be EPS or TIFF formats only. All elements must be placed at 100% size. All images/scans/colors must be in CMYK mode. Avoid rotation and cropping of images in layout program. Images nested in an EPS file MUST be included (or avoided). Use Postscript Type 1 fonts only. Menu stylized. Multiple Master and TrueType fonts are not accepted. Supply suitcases, screen fonts and printer fonts, including embedded fonts. When sending the file, include all fonts, images/logos/artwork, proof, and separated CMYK laser proofs, with registration and crop marks indicated.
Charges: Changes/corrections to ads are subject to additional charges. Digital ads delivered without a proof will have a digital proof pulled and the advertisers will be charged. However, color reproductions cannot be guaranteed.
