Are You a Loser? VIP Audition Passes to 'The Biggest Loser'

Or do you want to be a loser? The Biggest Loser, that is. Los Angeles auditions for the 13th season of the NBC hit show will be held in Los Angeles at the Citadel Outlets this Saturday, August 27 from 10-4PM. If you’ll remember in Season 10 of the show, Ada Wong progressed all the way to the finals but came just short of being named the Biggest Loser. Ada lost 99 pounds and showed her grit to America, worthy enough for her to play her Resident Evil counterpart on screen.

You can read more about Ada in our latest issue and online here.

The show is actively seeking Asian Pacific Islander contestants, and judging by the thrashing of NBC by the LA Times today and the subsequent viralizing of the article, NBC is under pressure to diversify.

Prior to the LA Times article, VIP passes were made available to MANAA and, now, to me. These passes will allow a person and four friends to bypass the lines at the audition. That's right, no standing in line. I’m not guaranteeing they’ll wine and dine you -- but of course, it’s a show about losing weight.

I have ten passes to give away. Please email me at ken[dot]choy[at]hyphenmagazine.com.
