Get into the studio with Mike Shinoda
If you're an unsigned artist and you've had dreams of sitting next to Mike Shinoda in the recording studio, it could come true if you're the winner of the Mike Shinoda: The Glorious (WeMix) songwriting contest.

Just create an original song that's inspired from Shinoda's "Glorious Excess (Born)" and "Glorious Excess (Dies)" exhibit by August 18th and submit it down at WeMix:

"Art, design, and music go hand-in-hand," says Shinoda. "It's my pleasure to help give the winning artist a platform and the professional guidance to bring their music to life in-studio, and I'm excited to see how the dynamic between the songs and my artwork plays out."

"WeMix is a place where musicians of every level and every genre can come together to make music," said WeMix.com co-founder Chris "Ludacris" Bridges. "Working with rock-focused artists like Mike Shinoda makes that promise a reality - and Mike is the first of many superstars coming in to work with the WeMix artist community."

Check out more information from the press release and down at WeMix.

This is a great opportunity, so come check out the talent at wemix.

Start off by hearing my own song inspired by Shinoda's art exhibit. Imagine how it could sound if done in a studio. And, thanks for checking it out.
