'K' tells Montel About Asian Nose, Eyelid Plastic Surgery
Link

In my opinion, this is "must see". It reminded me of some older Tyra Banks talkshow clips on the same subject, however this segment is even more blatant and clear so that there is no mistaking what is going on.

Two Interesting piece, same doctor too. I would like to be him because I bet he's getting breaded.

This double eyelid crave has been around for a long time. I remember my mom talking about getting the surgery and my cousin just got it done recently. My cousin's was a bootleg because she did it in China, the lids went away after three month. Bastard ripped her off. Ladies, don't let the price tag fool you. Go with the Beverly HIlls dude and he'll good take care of you. He's everywhere.

I'm sure the girl on Tyra had other things done to her face than her lids. Some whiting creams, expensive makeup, or one of those Beauty Steam Machines? Man, I was just looking at some ads in Chinatowns the other day and there are tons of things you can do make you look white. Sister just want to be white to get her man, let her do her thang. She's got Steve righit?

But, Steve doesn't believe his girlfriend needs plastic surgery. Yea, say something else and get your manhood ripped off by everyone in the audience. Smart man, I bet he paid for the surgery.

Why are these women not talking about this issue at an Asian American talk show. Oh wait, there isn't one. Now we got another stereotype to deal with... I can already hear it.

Botox, I don't think anyone is really in the right to make assumptions about what else this girl has had done cosmetically or what her relationship is like with her boyfriend, unless one is trying to perpetuate the "asian woman as race traitor" stereotype. Were you being sarcastic, and I just missed it?

i know that if i were ever to get the double eyelid surgery done, it would simply be because i want more "area" to be able to put on my make up. you see women in sephora ads with like 5 or 6 shades on their eyelids and you can't do that when you have a single fold! but bottom line is, if you are trying to look more sephora like, who uses caucasian models most of the time, then yeah, i guess there's that whole euro-centric thing about it. my friend's mother urges her to do it all the time. i don't know why parents would do that to their kids. it's like i love you, but you're just not good enough.
