She kind of reminds me of a young Joan Chen. Not that Joan Chen could look any younger (putting the rest of us to shame).
Well, looks like CW is at it again with a second round.

America's Next Top Model: Bay Area Search
Remember Tina Nguyen from San Jose who won The Bay Area Search for America's Next Top Model? 19 years old, full time student, picked from 500 different portfolios.
She kind of reminds me of a young Joan Chen. Not that Joan Chen could look any younger (putting the rest of us to shame).
Well, looks like CW is at it again with a second round.
Looking through the finalists, I came across Maysa:

I know that this is the show that dressed April, the hapa girl from Cycle 2 in chopsticks and dragon, exotifying the living hell out of her. And at the same time, hammering her about how she should be proud of the Japanese side of her. Does this look familiar?
This photoshoot's theme is Garden of Eden. Garden of Ede meets Dragon Lady from hell. How many chopstick things can they get on her head?

But hey, maybe having more of a representation will tell them that photoshoot like that are in poor taste, and just, gross.
